Decizia mea de a m\u0103 \u00eencerca \u00een profesia maritim\u0103 s-a datorat dorin\u021bei de schimbare, de noi provoc\u0103ri \u0219i, bine\u00een\u021beles, de un nivel atractiv al veniturilor. <\/p>\n<h5>Primii pa\u0219i: munca la \u021b\u0103rm \u0219i preg\u0103tirea documentelor<\/h5>\n<p>\u00cenainte de a ajunge pe nav\u0103, am lucrat \u00eentr-o fabric\u0103 de prelucrare a pe\u0219telui. Acesta a fost punctul meu de plecare. Emo\u021biile au fost inexprimabile: bucurie, entuziasm \u0219i anticiparea unui nou capitol al vie\u021bii. La bord, secundul c\u0103pitanului ne-a \u021binut un briefing, explic\u00e2ndu-ne cum s\u0103 ac\u021bion\u0103m \u00een diferite situa\u021bii. Cel mai important lucru pentru noii veni\u021bi este s\u0103 asculte de c\u0103pitan, de secundul s\u0103u \u0219i de \u0219eful de tur\u0103. Munca era \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 \u00een schimburi: 8 ore de munc\u0103, apoi 4 ore de odihn\u0103, apoi din nou 4 ore de munc\u0103 \u0219i 8 ore de odihn\u0103. \u00cen final, din 24 de ore, 12 ore erau petrecute lucr\u00e2nd. Am schimbat pozi\u021biile de lucru \u00een timpul schimbului, ceea ce ne-a permis s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m toate aspectele muncii. \u00cen echipaj erau aproximativ 37 de persoane de diferite na\u021bionalit\u0103\u021bi. Interac\u021biunea cu colegii presupunea respect, responsabilitate \u0219i dorin\u021ba de a ajuta. Limba de comunicare la bord era engleza, de\u0219i uneori era folosit\u0103 \u0219i rusa. Realitatea mea a dep\u0103\u0219it toate a\u0219tept\u0103rile.
